Returns and Exchanges
Each product is specially made once you place an order. Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded for production, it’s not possible to cancel orders. That is why Renaissance Soul accepts cancellations, and exchanges in special cases as listed below.
However, we do allow cancellation at any time within 24 hours of order placement (Please read our Cancellation Policy). You can drop an email at renaissancesoulofficial@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll cancel it right away.
Return and Exchange/Replacement:
A lot of care & effort goes into preparing your art and getting it delivered to you safely and securely. Please Note that each art is made to order, which means we start working on your art after you place your order. Due to this reason, we offer exchange only on special cases (Please read below for more)
Return and Exchange/Replacement Conditions:
We don't accept returns and we accept exchanges/replacement only for the below two conditions:
- Received a damaged product
- Received the wrong product
If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate an exchange*.
*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:
- Proof of damage
- Order Number
*All exchanges will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.

Other Important Points:
- Product colour or printing colour might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation, Renaissance Soul will NOT provide any return or replacement option. Renaissance Soul reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund (only for Prepaid orders) or replacement.
- Returns or exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake. in case of any disputes, Renaissance Soul can require the customer to ship the item back and after internal inspection of the returned item Renaissance Soul will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. Renaissance Soul reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.
- Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects. The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product. Renaissance Soul cannot guarantee high-definition print for custom products.
- COD orders are NOT eligible for refund. If there any manufacturing errors as accepted by Renaissance Soul, then Renaissance Soul will offer a free replacement of the product.
- Finally, if no issues are reported within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, Renaissance Soul will consider the order is fulfilled successfully
- If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 150 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

- If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.
- If you refuse to receive the order at your door or try to reschedule delivery more than 2 times, order will be returned to us and you have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.
- All the products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return and replacement.
Refund Conditions:
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotions items (if applicable)
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
